Disparity Study: Community Meeting #2

A disparity study is done every few years in communities across the nation to asses the need for programs such as the Procurement Enhancement Program, the Minority Business Assistance Center and other programs of the like. Community meetings are held in order for researchers to obtain community expertise regarding the issue.
