The City of Dayton Human Relations Council investigates allegations of unlawful discrimination in housing, employment, credit transactions, and public accommodations. Persons being treated differently in Dayton can submit an inquiry in four ways: (1) in-person; (2) online; (3) over the phone; or (4) by downloading the Dayton Human Relations Council app on your cell phone.
If you feel that you have been discriminated against based on one or more of the protected classes listed below, you may be eligible to file a complaint against the person or organization that discriminated against you.
If you believe that you have been the victim of discrimination because of your race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, familial status, marital status, or source of income, you can download and fill this complaint form.
