The City of Dayton’s Human Relations Council hosts faith-based breakfasts quarterly in an effort to bring law enforcement and faith-based leadership together. The breakfast provides an opportunity for clergy to express the community’s concerns from their unique perspective and dialogue with law enforcement to start to form solutions regarding the issues at hand.

In an effort to better connect with our community and listen to their concerns or suggestions, the Community Police Council will partner with the city’s Mediation Center to facilitate listening tours, constructive and safe spaces in which concerns of the community can be heard and addressed and identify solutions for strengthening relationships.
