The City of Dayton Human Relations Council, in conjunction with the City of Kettering, City of Fairborn, Montgomery County and Greater Dayton Premiere Management, will host a HUD Section 3 Small Business Opportunity Forum on Thursday, October16, from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m. The event takes place at the Job Center, 111 S. Edwin C. Moses Blvd.
