State Rep. Alicia Reece will be the Keynote Speaker at the OhioMBE Awards on Oct. 28. Ohio State Representative and elected President of the Ohio Legislative Black Caucus Alicia Reece (D-Cincinnati) is honored to serve her third term as state representative in the 33rd Ohio House District.
