Human Relations Council to Hold Fair Housing Affair

The Dayton Human Relations Council will host a Fair Housing Affair on Tuesday, September 23, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Wesley Community Center (3730 Delphos Ave.) Community members are welcome to attend.

The Fair Housing Affair is designed to create safe, affordable and inclusive communities and to connect residents to organizations that can help them understand their rights as renters or homebuyers, start or grow their own business, and gain exposure to other available community resources.

Participating organizations include the Miami Valley Fair Housing Center, Community Action Partnership, the Access Center for Independent Living, the Minority Business Assistance Center, FastLane and others. Free food and music will be provided.

The Fair Housing Affair is supported by the University of Dayton Research Institute and the Wesley Community Center. For more information, contact the Dayton Human Relations Council at 937-333-1413.
