Calling the hottest poets, writers and rhymers in the City to speak out against gun violence!! All high school youth AGES 14-18 will have an opportunity to try out for the Speak Grand slam showcasing their original writing and verbal expression for a live audience. Students will be scored by judges on behalf of their performances. The top 15 finalists will be invited to perform at the grand slam competition on April 25 at the Victoria Theater.
